In this study, we used transgenic mice with ubiquitous eGFP expression as recipients to characterize host-derived infiltrates in donor heart grafts and gain insights into the early immune events during acute rejection by scRNAseq. The profiling of differentially expressed genes in migrated cells was further determined by comparing syngrafts and allografts. Further investigation of the recipient-derived infiltrates in the heart graft is also helpful for uncovering the information on cellular signaling networks or cell-cell communications associated with acute allograft rejection. |
