Description |
Cells of Streptococcus suis SC19 strain and its Δstp, Δstk, ΔstpΔstk mutants were grown to the mid-log phase. The cells were treated with trypsin. The samples were subjected to enrichment for phospho-peptides by a specific antibody. The enriched peptides were analyzed by LC-MS. |
