Rats were divided into two groups with 10 in each group. One group was administrated with ZhenQi Granules for 42 days and the other was administrated with saline. Afterward, the rats were euthanized, and liver tissue samples were collected. RNA was extracted from the tissues and fragmented, adapter added, reverse transcribed, and sequenced using Illumina sequencing platform. |
