The diversity of caecal microflora in mice was performed by using massively parallel pyrosequencing of 16S rDNA amplicons. The 5 to 6 week old female BALB C mice received the once two day oral gavage with PBS (PBS), OVA (2mg) (OVA) or OVA (2mg) added with SEB (Low or High) or LPS(LPS) within the day 0 to 18, and twice oral challenges in the day 20 and day 22 with OVA (20mg). |
