| Description |
Pigs were divided into two groups with 6 in each group. One group was administrated with ZhenQi Granules for 30 days and the other was administrated with saline. Afterward, the pigs were euthanized, and skeletal muscle tissue amples were collected. RNA was extracted from the tissues and fragmented, adapter added, reverse transcribed, and sequenced using Illumina sequencing platform. |
