Title Influenza vaccination features revealed by a single-cell transcriptome atlas
Relevance Medical
Data types Single cell sequencing
Organisms Homo sapiens
Description Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) were employed for studying the transcriptional landscape of immunity to influenza vaccination in humans and unveil the immune features of influenza vaccination. The scRNA-seq data for influenza vaccination was collected from a cohort of 6 recipients vaccinated with inactivated influenza vaccine, and a total of 18 PBMCs samples were obtained, including 6 pre-vaccination samples and 12 post-vaccination samples at two different timepoints (Day 7 and Day 14).
