Zanthoxylum nitidum (Roxb.) DC. (Z. nitidum) is a kind of Chinese Dao-di herbs, called Liangmianzhen, which is widely used in rheumatic arthralgia, stomach pain, arthralgia etc. However, limited genomic resources for Z.nitidum are still scare. Hence,we present the full-length transcriptome of Zanthoxylum nitidum (Roxb.) DC. (Z. nitidum) using PacBio single-molecule long-read sequencing and characterize the tanscriptome structure, which will provide a comprehensive genome for further gene annotation and gene structure analysis. |
