Description |
we performed extensive transcriptional profiling of intratumoral immune infiltrates of 59 lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) patients during the initiation and development processes of the premalignant lesion into lung cancer by massively parallel scRNA-seq of 63717 immune cells that passed quality control (QC) filtering, yielding profiles of 6475 B cells. More importantly, we reveal the differentiation trajectory of tumor-infiltrating B cells subsets and further explore the underlying mechanism of anti-tumor immunity. |
