Description |
We obtained single-cell transcriptome profiles of the PBMCs from T-ALL patients before and after CD7 CAR-T cell treatment. By comparing these profiles, we built single-cell level transcriptome landscape of immune reconstruction and found the major functional influence on immune system of remove CD7 T-cells from PBMCs. |
