Description | Peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) encompasses a heterogeneous group of neoplasms with a generally aggressive clinical course and few therapeutic options. We reported a comprehensive proteogenomics analysis, including whole-exome sequencing, RNA sequencing, proteomics and phosphoproteomics profiling, of 209 tumors across 5 clinical subtypes of PTCL: angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (109), ALK+ anaplastic large cell lymphoma (20), ALK- anaplastic large cell lymphoma (24), extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma of nasal type (28) and PTCL-not otherwise specified (28). | ||||||||||||
