Description To characterize potential biomarkers and underlying mechanisms that prompt pathological complete response (pCR) rate of neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy (nCRT) in locally advanced rectal cancer (LARC) patients. LARC patients from two hospitals were enrolled with pre-nCRT biopsy tissues examined by pressure cycling technology (PCT) combined with data-independent acquisition (DIA) mass spectrometry.
