Description | In this project, we aim to further develop single particle analysis to determine the protein structure in- vitro and in-situ structure determination technique to determine the protein structure in- vivo and establish the ultra- fast cryo-electron microscopy. We have made important progress in all three aspects and fulfilled the project progress goals in the current stage. | ||||||||
