Total RNA was isolated from 5-day-old seedlings of the wild-type Col-0 and hy5-215 grown on 1/2 MS medium under LD conditions.These RNA samples were used for RNA-sequencing on the Illumina Hiseq X10 platform conducted by Biomarker Technologies Co, LTD (Beijing, China). For each line, RNA of four biological samples (two replicates from WT and two replicates from hy5-215) was sequenced independently. |
