描述信息 Primary astrocyte of mouse brain was used as the cell line model for A0 astrocyte change to A1/A2 astrocyte. Bulk RNA-seq of the A0 astrocyte, A1 astrocyte and A2 astrocyte were produced. By integrating with public snRNA of neuron degeneration disease, such as AD, HD and MS, we found candidate swith off/on genes of A0 astrocyte change to A1/A2 astrocyte.
