Description |
The purpose of this project is to clarify the molecular mechanism of specific DNA interaction mediated by chromatin architecture proteins such as CTCF, reveal the recognition mechanism of insulator DNA sequence and the molecular mechanism of chromatin cyclization mediated by CTCF and other chromatin architecture proteins, and explore the regulatory mechanism of dynamic changes in three-dimensional topological structure of chromatin and its relationship with gene transcription regulation. |
