MDA-MB-231 cells were cultured with docetaxel to develop docetaxel-resistant MDA-MB-231 cells. The IC50 of docetaxel-resistant MDA-MB-231 cells were about 4 times higher than its parental cell line. To reveal the potential mRNA expression change which may lead to its drug resistance, the docetaxel-resistant MDA-MB-231 cells and its parental cells were subjected to mRNA-seq. |
