MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells were cultured with docetaxel for generations to develop docetaxel-resistant MDA-MB-231 cells.The IC50 value for the docetaxel-resistant MDA-MB-231 cells to docetaxel was 4 times higher than its parental cell line. To reveal the mRNA expression changes in these 2 cell lines, we subjected them to mRNA-seq and the expression matrix was uploaded. |
