Small RNAs regulate plant growth, development and stress responses through distinct modes of action on their targets. However, there is little evidence documenting the role of plant-specific phased small interfering RNAs (phasiRNAs) in coordinately regulating growth, immunity and thermotolerance in rice (Oryza sativa). |
