We report a case of a 47-year-old male with brainstem hemorrhage caused by encephalitis due to R. delemar. R. delemar was identified by mNGS in CSF, and in combination with the patient's clinical characteristics, encephalitis caused by R. delemar was diagnosed and treated immediately with amphotericin B liposome in combination with posaconazole. |
