描述信息 Rice (Oryza sativa) is one of the most important food crops in the world. Further increasing rice yield is crucial to cope with the food security problems. Panicle architecture is one of the key factors in determining rice grain yield. We generated the transcriptome data for 275 rice varieties of young panicles at the stage of branch primordia differentiation (1-2mm).
