Description |
The TATi/iRab1B parasites were induced at ATc for 18 and 24 hours, while the parental parasites were induced at ATc for 24 hours to serve as the control. Parasites were harvested at cold PBS and immediately quenched at -20 °C. Samples were processed for transcriptome, as described in the methods. |
