Description |
We performed single-cell RNA-seq on hypopharyngeal biopsies from different time and treatment-response groups to explore complex tumor microenvironment. After systematic bioinfomatic analyses, we identified functional gene modules from heterogeneous malignant tumor cells and various non-malignant subtypes with specific functions, both of which could be used for medical applications validated by our own cohort with bulk RNA-seq data and corresponding clinical information. |
