Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is a highly aggressive cancer with few therapeutic options. To delineate insights into SCLC biology and therapeutics, we performed comprehensive genomic, transcriptomic and proteomic characterization of SCLC using 112 tumors and paired normal adjacent tissues (NATs). |
