The aim of this study was to profile differentially expressed genes in a vitro lipopolysaccharide (LPS) exposure model of asthma in BEAS-2B cell line. BEAS-2B cells were treated with LPS at concentration of 5 mcg/mL, and PBS was used in the control group for 24 h. Then, total RNAs were extracted for high-throughput sequencing and further analysis. |
