| Description | Targeted therapy has improved the treatment non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with driver gene mutations. However, most patients will develop drug resistance after therapy. Here, we combined bulk, single cell and spatial transcriptomics to identify the spatial landscape of the NSCLC tumor microenvironment (TME) during targeted therapy. Multidimensional bioinformatics analyses revealed distinct transcriptomic heterogeneity of the TME. Our study provides novel insights into the complex ecosystem of NSCLC and offers clues for combinational therapies to overcome drug resistance. | ||||||||||
