Description |
Dental pulp regeneration is an ideal therapy for irreversible pulp lesions or periapical lesions. In situ stem cell therapy is most ideal in stem cell therapy. We provide an atlas of the conventionally extracted and monolayer cultured dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) with single-cell RNA sequencing. Monolayer cultured dental pulp cells cluster more closely together than non-cultured dental pulp cells, suggesting a lower heterogeneous population with relatively constant clusters and similar cellular composition. |
