Description |
We assessed the miRNA profiles in plasma-derived sEVs from control group , NM-NSCLC group and M-NSCLC group. NGS was performed on samples and screening the differentially expressed miRNAs of the three groups. Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomesand Clue GO were used to predict potential pathway of DEMs. Quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction analysis was used to validate the target miRNAs. |
