Description |
To explore the roles of miRNA from exosomes in reprograming, small RNA profiling of exosomes and transcriptome profiling from three kinds of tissues, including PBMCs, skin fibroblasts (SFs) and urine cells (UCs), and their derived induced pluripotent stem cells are sequenced. In total, the project contains 17 RNA-seq samples and 18 small RNA-seq samples. |
