Description |
To validate the anti-tumor effects of GANT-61 were reflected at gene expression levels, we performed microarray-based transcriptomic profiling of chondrosarcoma subcutaneous tumor tissues.8 mices were randomly divided equally into two groups. 100μL GANT61 (60 mg/kg) or ethanol (negative control) were injected intravenous every 3 days a total of 6 times beginning at day 5 after tumor inoculation. |
