Description | Huperzia asiatica genome was assembled into 138 pseudochromosomes and 2,191 unanchored scaffolds, with a total length of 7.94 Gb and N50 of 57.02 Mb. The genomes of H. asiatica not only fill a crucial gap in the plant genomic landscape, but also uncover a unique genomic signature associated with heterospory-homospory transition. | ||||||||
