In this project, we investigated the inhibitory effect of Jatrorrhizine on SW480 by intervening SW480 with Jatrorrhizine. Then, the molecular mechanism of colorectal cancer inhibition was further investigated by high-throughput sequencing. The sequenced genes were screened for differentially expressed genes associated with ferroptosis and bioinformatics analysis was performed. Finally, the ferroptosis gene was validated by QPCR assay. |
