Title Jatrorrhizine inhibits colorectal cancer growth by ferroptosis-related genes

Description In this project, we investigated the inhibitory effect of Jatrorrhizine on SW480 by intervening SW480 with Jatrorrhizine. Then, the molecular mechanism of colorectal cancer inhibition was further investigated by high-throughput sequencing. The sequenced genes were screened for differentially expressed genes associated with ferroptosis and bioinformatics analysis was performed. Finally, the ferroptosis gene was validated by QPCR assay.
