描述信息 Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) molecules are essential for presenting Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) antigens and are closely related to nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). To further investigate the functional association between HLA genes and NPC, 455 NPC patients and 463 healthy controls in Guangdong province were recruited and applied to the whole HLA region targeted capture and sequence.
