Pancile blast resistant cultivar jingsui18 and susceptible cultivar jinyuan899 analysised useing untargeted metabolomic profiling by UHPLC -Q Exactive HF-X Agilent 1290 liquid chromatograph (LC) system.Profiling samples came from above culitivars under infected and noninfected with Magnaporthe Oryzae conditions.The purpose is to compare the metabolome of these samples and find important metabolites related to resistance of pancile blast. |
