This project contains raw single-cell sequencing data of the human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from three myasthenia crisis patinets. This is a self-control study, and each patient was sampled twice (at the most acute stage and at three months after discharge). The patients are composed of 2 AChR+ and 1 MuSK+ myasthenia patients (2 males and 1 female, 66.67±17.10 years old). |
