描述信息 There are 622 soybean accessions for RNA-Seq, including 70 wild, 304 landrace and 248 improved soybean lines from around the globe. Each accession were sown in an environment with an average light time of 11 hours 20 minutes and a temperature of 22 degree. Tissue samples, consisting of all tissue above the cotyledon node for 2-3 individual plants per sample, were collected at the V2 developmental stage for each accession. All tissue samples were collected between 9 and 11 a.m. to reduce the confounding effects of diurnal cycles on variation in gene expression across individuals. Each sample was sequenced using the Illumina Novaseq 6000 with 2x150 base pair sequence reads.
