Description |
Renal ischemia-reperfusion injury is one of the main causes of clinical acute kidney injury, with a high mortality rate, and most of the surviving patients have varying degrees of chronic renal insufficiency, especially for children after cardiac surgery. For children with acute kidney injury, there is a delay in creatinine changes early in the course of the disease. Therefore, it is necessary to search for another blood marker for early diagnosis. Previous studies have revealed the sensitivity of mirnas in exosomes to tumor diagnosis, and no studies have been conducted on the role of mirnas in acute kidney injury. Therefore, this study intends to explore the diagnostic value of mirnas in acute kidney injury and seek miRNA markers that can indicate kidney injury. |
