Description |
To analyze the differences between different sized Acipenser dabryanus individuals, we randomly selected 600 healthy 3-month-old A. dabryanus juveniles and assigned them to ten pools. Four months later, white muscle of the largest and smallest A. dabryanus (extreme values) were analyzed. Among 3308 proteins identified, 69 proteins showed upregulated expression, and 185 protein showed downregulated expression. |
