Description To explore the serum biomarker-based endotypes of Chinese patients with atopic dermatitis (AD), sera from 125 moderate-to-severe AD patients and 60 normal controls (NC) were analyzed for 24 cytokines/chemokines using the magnetic Luminex assay. After the patients received 16-week dupilumab treatment, biomarkers were also measured.
