ROSAH syndrome is a class of clinical symptoms characterized by retinal dysplasia, optic nerve edema, splenomegaly, anhidrosis and migraine. It is a newly recognized inflammatory disease. We have developed a highly effective inhibitor of ALPK1, and planned to use peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients for preliminary in vitro efficacy study. The inhibitory effect of ALPK1 inhibitor on inflammation was observed, and the pathogenesis of ROASH was further studied by transcriptome and proteome analysis. The peripheral blood cells were differentiated into IPSC cells to study the mechanism and pharmacodynamics |
