Colonies from somatic reprogramming were selected by manual, single and dual selection methods, and then the frequency of different cell types (hiPSCs, neuron progenitor cells, Pre-neuron, Cell-cycle cells, etc.) was used to compare the superiority among the three ways for obtaining hiPSCs based on single cell RNAseq and bulk RNAseq data. |
