| 描述信息 | In this study, we investigated the genome-wide ACRs of 6 tissues (heart, kidney, liver, lung, muscle, spleen) at newborn and 3 stages (newborn, suckling, adult) of liver development. We identified ~91,383 and ~123,568 merged peaks for each tissue and stage of liver, which greatly expanded the epigenetic regulatory element repository of porcine. We annotated the representative ACRs potentially regulated protein coding genes (PCGs), long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) and transcripts of unknown coding potential (TUCPs) in tissues and stages. Then, we elucidated tissue-specific peaks to coding or non-coding regions which were highly associated with its relevant biological functions. Also, we uncovered the transcription factors (TFs) which might be occupied in the regulation via chromatin accessibility. During liver development, we observed a rapid transition in its function of stage-specific accessible regions in coding and non-coding regions. Such as hematopoiesis, metabolic process and stem cell proliferation were reflected in potential function of cis-regulatory regions with open chromatin at newborn, however, functional interpretations were enriched in immune function, inflammation response and metabolic process at suckling stage. | ||||||||||||
