The incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer (CRC) have been steadily increasing. The development of CRC is a multistep process and a comprehensive analysis of the different stages of this cancer is needed. In this study, we aim to explore potential lncRNA biomarkers in the earlier stage of CRC to improve the diagnosis and prevention of this cancer. We analyzed lncRNA/mRNA/miRNA expression profiles in normals, polyps, and tumors. |
