Description Male C57 mice was assigned into several groups, and received Normal chow diet (NCD), Choline deficient high fat diet (CDHFD), CDHFD + 10% Inulin (CDHFD-I), CDHFD + 10% Cellulose (CDHFD-C). Mice stool were collected and store in liquid nitrogen immediately. Metagenome sequencing or 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing and RNA-seq sequencing were performed. Additionally, another mice experiment, mice received CDHFD or CDHFD + pentadecanoic acid for 4 months, mouse liver RNA-seq sequncing were performed.
