Description Based on various multi-dimensional heterogeneous big data obtained by the longevity population, the system biology method is used to develop data Comprehensive analysis and integration methods, providing technical support for big data analysis, summarizing and refining common influencing factors of longevity population, integrating, promoting and evaluating appropriate technologies for promoting healthy aging, and developing universal intervention technology packages. Research contents and programs: 1) Cooperate in the whole genome sequencing of long-lived individuals in multiple regions to obtain the basic data and common rules of candidate genotyping related to longevity; 2) Build a multi-omics shared database for the healthy and long-lived population in China, build an integrated analysis and development sharing platform, including basic database, clinical database, multi-omics database, and provide a scientific research big data platform for the healthy aging of the population in China through national resource sharing, through the analysis of the global largest sample data of the national healthy and long-lived population queue accumulated in the previous years and the new generation of the project; 3) Integrate and analyze the data of multiple cohorts, summarize the common factors of healthy aging, integrate, promote and conduct policy research on appropriate technologies to promote healthy aging, and provide technical support for research and development of intervention technology package.
