Description |
As microplastics mainly presented in the gastrointestinal system, we first performed the 16S rRNA and metabolomic analysis of feces from mice treated with or without microplastics. Next, we conducted the RNA-seq analysis of LT-HSCs to investigate the underlying mechanisms. Finally, the16S rRNA data of feces from the donors of patients who underwent hematopoietic cell transplantation were used for validation. |
