| Description |
In this study, we conducted a retrospective cohort study based on community repeated measurement physical examination data. Health examination data from Gumei Community Health Service Center, Minhang District, Shanghai, combined with data from death monitoring system were obtained. All middle-aged and elderly people aged 55 years and above who met the exclusion criteria during the study period were selected as participants. Physical examination data from January 2015 to December 2021 were retrospectively collected to observe the occurrence of death outcomes during the study period, and to explore the prediction indicators of all-cause death risk in middle-aged and elderly people, so as to detect risk factors early in routine physical examination and provide early intervention and treatment. Thus we can provide scientific basis for health management and healthy aging of the elderly population in the community. |
