Description |
There are many types of proteins distributed on the cell membrane. These channel proteins are closely related to the life activities of cells and are an important part to response to internal and external signals, substances and energy. They simultaneously perform different biological functions in different types of cells. This project selects one kind of important disease-related proteins-calcium ion channels, and studies their three-dimensional structure and channel regulation mechanism to explore the role of channels in the internal and external environment of cells and provide some new ideas for related disease research. |
