Description |
Integration host factor (IHF) is a nucleoid-associated protein that functions as a global virulence regulator in Escherichia coli. However, the regulatory role of IHF in K. pneumoniae remains unknown. RNAseq analysis will show differential gene expression between the wild-type and ΔihfA or ΔihfB strains, then helps us understand the function of ihfAB in K. pneumoniae. |
