Description |
The study of membrane protein structure and function has great scientific significance for understanding signal perception and response. GPCR plays critical biological function in the process of cell signal transduction, which can specifically identify extracellular signaling molecules and transmit signals to effector proteins in cells through conformational changes, thereby activating downstream signaling pathways and ultimately mediating and regulating various life activities in the human body. In this project, the structures of multiple GPCRs complexed with different ligands were determined by crystallography or cryo-EM methods. |
