Description In this study, we presented a high-quality chromosome-scale assembly of the C. wilsoniana genome by combining third-generation sequencing and Hi-C sequencing data. Our data not only provide important information for understanding genome evolution and gene families related to this species also facilitate the investigation of genetic mechanisms underlying high yields and stress-resistant traits in C. wilsoniana.
